Aging as a Creative Process
at Lehigh Valley Hospital
All of us do it whether we like it or not. Sometimes it is almost unnoticeable. Other times we stand back and feel dismayed. Surprisingly, people we remember from our younger years have done it too. Cars, animals, homes, and people all do it: aging.
How are you aging? Is aging something that is happening to you? Are you approaching getting older creatively? What are you aware of about death? Your death?
In this one-day workshop, through group exercises, personal reflection using a Gestalt therapy approach, we invite you to examine how you are aging, unfinished business from your past, and how you might approach your upcoming time (and death) with creativity, depth, and intention.
Lunch will be provided.
CEUs Available - The Pennsylvania Board of Social Workers, Marriage and Family Therapists and Professional Counselors has approved this workshop for 8 contact hours of continuing education toward licensure renewal.
