About the Group
BIPOC Process Group for Therapists
BIPOC clinicians often train in spaces where the realities of race and marginalization go unspoken. This BIPOC-only group offers a place to exhale, be understood, and explore these experiences together. A place for you to grow personally and professionally.
This is a supportive space where BIPOC therapist can:
-Speak openly about the impact of systemic oppression and racial trauma
-Explore the intersections of your identities as a therapist and person of color
-Receive honest, compassionate feedback from peers who understand
-Work through internalized racism, colorism, and BIPOC-on-BIPOC harm
-Deepen self-awareness so you can show up more fully for your clients—and yourself
