Finding Your Footing: A Gathering Space for Moms in the First Year
This group is for moms with babies 0–12 months to connect with other moms, take time for themselves, and find more ease in early motherhood. Join for one session or the full series. Come as you are: babies are welcome!

We will explore:
* Holding Your Mother Self: making sense of identity and change
* Welcoming Feelings: making space for the intensity of this time
* Keeping It Simple: doing less and tuning out the noise
* Navigating Changing Relationships: staying connected - to others and yourself
