About the Group

Men’s Group
Participants will have the opportunity to build self-awareness through interactive group process and mindfulness practice. The group will explore themes related to health and wellness, relationships, human behavior, trauma, change and transition, identity, loss and grief, communication, and more.

About the Facilitators

Zach Verbin, LCSW, HSV (he/him/his) is a clinical social worker and psychotherapist with GKSW/Crystal Group Associates. He practices individual and group psychotherapy with an intuitive, relational approach, and aims to create a space for mental and emotional healing with and for his clients. Some of Zach’s areas of clinical focus include male identity, loss & grief, life transitions, creative expression, and spirituality. His work is informed by Gestalt psychology, attachment theory, and mind-body practices. In addition to psychotherapy, Zach offers mental health consultation and training to parents and educators in the early childhood education community.
