About the Group
Adult Process Group
The groups' membership is adults, working with relationships with themselves that are unsatisfying (often leading to anxiety, depression, difficulty with decisions, self-doubt) and relationships with others. Members bring in outside concerns as well as working with relationships in the group. As a system group we use active listening and reflection (functional subgrouping) as a tool to both make sure that no one works alone, as well as a way to make room for a broad range of experiences. Meetings are online through telehealth.
