Support Group for Parents of Teens
This group is for parents who are struggling with their teens, as well as feeling alone and disconnected from other parents. It is an 8 week series that will cover the following topics:
-Teen mental health issues
-Resiliency as a parent
-Communication/relationships
-Transitions in parenting
-Coping skills/resource toolbox
About the Facilitators
Laura Spaulding, LPC, and Audrey Ennis, LSW, are seasoned therapists with years of group experience and specialties in working with children/teens/young adults.
