About

Description: Unsure how to parent a child struggling with anxiety? Support groups are safe and non-judgmental spaces to build skills and receive support from parents who share similar experiences. Join other caregivers to explore various perspectives and tools so that you can better support your child with anxiety. Topics may include identifying what creates anxiety, how to manage anxious thoughts, relaxation techniques, and coping strategies. Each meeting will include time for sharing and support and there will be separate groups for parents of children at different developmental stages (ages 7-12 and 13-18).
