Description: This long-term process group focuses on using here-and-now experience to develop relationship skills, reduce isolation and build connections in that group, which helps members develop more gratifying relationships outside of the group.

Facilitators: This group is co-led by Jim Bleiberg, Psy.D. and Katy Cording, Psy.D. Both of them are Licensed Psychologists and Certified Group Psychotherapists with extensive training and experience in group psychotherapy.

Day/Time: Wednesdays, 7pm-8:30pm
